2. Wholesale & Retail Sales

• Retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if in original condition.

• Wholesale pallets and lots are sold as-is with no returns or warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Customers may inspect wholesale inventory at our warehouse or via video inspection before purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (via Stripe/PayPal), ACH, wire transfer, or cashier’s check.

• For wholesale, full payment is required before pickup or shipment.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders for fraud prevention or non-payment.

4. Shipping & Pickup

• Retail: Items typically ship within 1–2 business days; tracking provided.

• Wholesale: LTL shipping arranged upon request or pickup at our warehouse (505 Main St, Chula Vista, CA).

• Risk of loss passes to customer upon pickup or carrier acceptance.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Retail: 30-day return policy; customer pays return shipping unless item was defective.

• Wholesale: All sales final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

6. Warranties & Liability

• Retail products may carry a manufacturer warranty if sealed and new.

• Otherwise, we provide no warranty.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from purchases.

7. Website Use

• You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or to resell data.

• Content on HappyStock.store (images, logos, product descriptions) is owned by Happy Stock LLC and may not be copied without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.

• Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
